Our Angels and volunteer Santas were a huge hit with the folks from Trinity Hospice! Thank you to everyone who gave their time on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to deliver gifts in costume and bring joy to families who literally had no other gifts except the gifts from Trinity. Their wonderful donors provided families with much-needed and wanted items from a wish list, and Angel Gowns’ specially crafted gifts:

We donated game quilts, coloring books and re-purposed crayons in special shapes created by children attending the Waterfront Studios summer art camp, and customized art journals and gel pens for older children.

It was an education in realizing how much we have and how blessed we are.

We also were the recipients of a special gift: $25,000 from Providence Hospitals with no strings except to keep up the good work and to show their love for us and what we do! Gayle was lucky enough to be part of a group that sang at both local Providence Hospitals before Christmas, so was able to give Garry Olney a goody bag to take on his ski trip with his sons. It had Godiva chocolates and Australian cookies plus a copy of our coloring book and art journal.
