MAKING A DIFFERENCE

HOW TO HELP
Donating Time

Angel Gowns volunteers meet every 3rd Saturday of the month at Waterfront Studios located at 525 N. Harbor Blvd., San Pedro, California 90732.

You don’t need to know how to sew to volunteer. We also need help taking apart gowns, hand sewing appliques, cutting out pattern pieces, and packaging finished gowns. We love the sense of community and purpose, and enjoy sharing each others’ company! Snacks included. Check Current Events & Sew Dates for updated information.

Donating Wedding Gowns

NOTE: DUE TO AN ABUNDANCE OF INVENTORY, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY WEDDING DRESSES AT THIS TIME. Thank you for your understanding!

If you would like to be put on a waitlist, please send us an email through our Contact Us page on this site, and we will contact you as soon as we are able to receive wedding dress donations again.

Sewing supplies are always needed and useful! Thread, sewing needles (hand or machine), fabric scissors, rotary cutters, dressmaker and safety pins, thin ribbons or lace, plastic organization tubs of all sizes, extra fabric, used sewing machines … these are just a few of the items that come in handy!

We now have a Supplies Wish List

What They Say About Us

Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center

The NICU at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center extends its heartfelt gratitude to Angel Gown for their invaluable contribution of custom-made gowns provided for our tiniest patients and their families. These gowns hold immense significance, serving as a source of comfort and solace during difficult moments.

These specially crafted gowns are used by our smallest patients when they have passed, allowing their families to engage in meaningful rituals. Families have the opportunity to bathe, clothe, hold, and capture precious photographs with their baby if they desire. The added comfort of taking these gowns home provides comfort during an emotionally challenging time.
